Coaching

You Can Care Deeply Without Carrying Everything.

You are capable. Thoughtful. Self-aware. The person other people rely on.

You notice what needs to be done. You anticipate problems. You understand what other people need—sometimes before they do. And when something isn't working, you're usually the person who figures out how to make it work.

That's a strength.

Until it starts costing you too much.

I coach executives, leaders, founders, helping professionals, educators, nonprofit professionals, and other high-capacity people who are tired of being the person who can handle everything.

Together, we'll look at the patterns underneath the exhaustion—boundaries, people-pleasing, overfunctioning, energy, guilt, responsibility, leadership, and the expectations you've placed on yourself and allowed others to place on you.

The goal isn't to care less.

It's to create a way of living and leading that lets you care deeply without continually abandoning yourself in the process.

Coaching That Gets Beneath the Pattern

Most of my clients already know a lot about themselves.

They know they should set better boundaries.
They know they can't keep saying yes to everything.
They know they're exhausted.
They may even know exactly what they would tell someone else to do.

Knowing isn't usually the problem.

The harder work is understanding why you keep doing something that you already know isn't working—and learning how to respond differently when guilt, fear, responsibility, expectations, or someone else's disappointment show up.

That's where we work.

My Coaching Style

My coaching is candid, empathic, strategic, and practical.

We'll identify patterns, get curious about what's driving them, and work with the situations that are actually happening in your life and leadership—not hypothetical ones.

You can expect direct questions, strong pattern recognition, practical strategies, compassionate challenge, and space to figure out what you actually want rather than what everyone else expects from you.

This isn't passive support, and I'm not interested in telling you what you want to hear.

But I'm also not here to judge the choices that got you here.

I will care about you deeply and still ask the question you were hoping no one would ask.

What We Might Work On

Coaching is individualized, but common areas include:

  • Boundaries that actually last

  • Burnout and energy depletion

  • Energy Management

  • People-pleasing

  • Overfunctioning and over-responsibility

  • Guilt and fear of disappointing others

  • Leadership clarity

  • Difficult decisions

  • Emotional labor

  • Delegation and letting go

  • Role strain

  • Self-trust

  • Authenticity

  • Difficult conversations

  • Executive and leadership challenges

  • Work/life integration

  • Protecting your energy without losing your empathy

Who I Work Best With

My coaching may be a good fit if you're someone who:

  • Is self-aware enough to recognize the pattern—and ready to actually change it

  • Is highly capable but increasingly exhausted by being the capable one

  • Feels guilty when someone is disappointed, frustrated, or unhappy with you

  • Says yes and regrets it later

  • Takes responsibility for things that technically aren't yours

  • Has difficulty delegating because it's easier to do it yourself

  • Is successful on paper but knows the way you're doing it isn't sustainable

  • Wants stronger boundaries without becoming cold, rigid, or disconnected

You don't have to stop being generous, empathic, ambitious, dependable, or deeply invested in other people.

We're figuring out how you get to stay in the equation, too.

Start With a Discovery Working Session

Coaching begins with a 60-minute Discovery Working Session — $350.

This isn't a sales call. It's a working session.

We'll talk about what's happening, identify the patterns underneath it, and start separating the problem you walked in with from what may actually be driving it.

That might mean boundaries. Burnout. Energy. People-pleasing. Leadership. Overfunctioning. A difficult relationship. A system you're trying to survive. Or some combination of all of them.

You'll leave with clearer language for what you're experiencing, practical next steps, and a better understanding of what needs to change.

From there, we'll determine whether continued coaching makes sense and what level of support would be most useful.

You don't have to become a different person to create a different way of living and leading.

You may just need to stop leaving yourself out of the equation.
