Consulting for Organizations That Care Deeply—and Are Running Out of Capacity.

Burnout. Low morale. Leadership fatigue. Role confusion. Communication problems. Staff
conflict. Overfunctioning. The same issues resurfacing no matter how many times you try to
address them.

These problems rarely exist in isolation.

I help mission-driven organizations understand what is actually happening beneath the
surface—and what needs to change to create healthier, clearer, more sustainable ways of
working.

My consulting focuses on the intersection of organizational capacity, Energy Management,
boundaries, leadership, culture, roles, expectations, and the systems that shape how people
work together.

Understand What's Happening. Then Change It.

I don't begin with a predetermined solution.

I listen.

Through organizational assessment, staff conversations and feedback, leadership advising, and analysis of the patterns shaping your workplace, I help identify what's working, what's getting in the way, and where your organization's energy is being unnecessarily consumed.

Then we turn what we learn into practical action.

My approach combines expertise in mental health, higher education, nonprofit leadership,
research, facilitation, organizational strategy, and entrepreneurship with a willingness to candidly name what others may be experiencing but haven't yet been able to articulate.

No blaming people. No performative wellness.

The goal is meaningful, sustainable change.

A Four-Phase Approach

My consulting work can move through four progressive phases:

UNDERSTAND — Assessment + Strategic Recommendations

Identify what's actually happening, why it's happening, and where change will have the greatest impact.

ACT — Implementation + Change Management
Translate findings into practical changes to expectations, communication, leadership practices, processes, roles, and systems.

MEASURE — Evaluation + Optimization
Determine what's improving, what isn't, and what needs to be adjusted as the organization moves forward.

SUSTAIN — Institutionalization + Strategic Partnership
Embed healthier practices into the organization and provide ongoing strategic support as new challenges emerge.

Organizations may engage me for a specific phase or continue through the full process.

Who I Work Best With

My work is especially well-suited for organizations that care deeply about their people and are willing to look honestly at the systems surrounding them.

That may mean your organization:

  • Knows something isn't working but can't quite name it

  • Is experiencing burnout, exhaustion, leadership strain, or morale concerns

  • Keeps addressing the same problems without lasting change

  • Wants honest insight from employees or stakeholders

  • Has capable people carrying more than they should

  • Needs greater clarity around roles, expectations, boundaries, or accountability

  • Wants practical change—not another wellness initiative

  • Is willing to examine how its own culture and systems may be contributing to the problem

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before we begin.

Sometimes, the most important first step is creating the space to listen, look more closely, and understand what's really happening.

We'll start there—and figure out the path forward together.

Is your organization overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to stop doing things the same way?

I’ll help you build a clearer path forward.
