Coaching is available for individuals, groups, and small business owners looking for candid, practical support as they navigate work, leadership, relationships, boundaries, and change.
Sessions are tailored to the person or group and may focus on Energy Management, decision-making, difficult conversations, burnout, people-pleasing, over-functioning, leadership challenges, or simply getting clear about what needs to change and how to move forward.

Consulting
I provide hands-on consulting for organizations that need help understanding what’s happening, identifying what needs to change, and creating a practical way forward.
My consulting work moves through four phases: Understand, Act, Measure, and Sustain. Together, we identify what’s really happening, develop and implement practical changes, measure their impact, and build the structures needed to sustain progress over time.
Consulting engagements begin at $2,000 per day. The total investment depends on the scope, timeline, level of assessment, and support needed.
Speaking
I provide keynotes, workshops, and facilitated conversations for conferences, leadership teams, and organizations. Topics center on boundaries, burnout, Energy Management, people-pleasing, over-functioning, and creating more sustainable ways to work, lead, and care.
Expect an honest, warm, funny, practical, and deeply relatable style—grounded in research and shaped by my experience as a mental health expert, professor, consultant, and someone willing to say the thing everyone else is thinking but hasn't said out loud.
Speaking engagements begin at $10,000 plus travel expenses.
Due to my own Energy Management needs, I accept only four speaking engagements per year. Please secure your event as early as possible.
